Chinese actress Zhang Xinyi is gradually making her name known and not only with a pretty face, a little bit reminiscent of the famous Zhou Xun.

The actress is enjoying growing popularity with two big projects on the small screen featuring her as the leading role: the TV version of espionage film, "Message," and the latest remake of 2003 hit TV series, "How Can I Save You, My Lover (Na Shenme Zhengjiu Ni, Wode Airen)."

Zhang Xinyi graduated from the Sichuan School of Arts in 1998, and was a performer in the Shenzhen Song and Dance Troupe from 1998-2001. From 2001-2005, she studied at the Central Academy of Drama. She is best known for her roles in "Secret Post in Canton", "Shanghai in the Night", "Lost on Journey", "Wind Legend".
